Job Description:
• Conduct a requirement analysis
• Identify business needs / project opportunities; and / or audit existing policies, procedures, practices and technology

• Develop / document / enhance business processes
• Continually find ways to streamline PPP’s and align them to international best practice.
• Conduct research and development
• Develop, coordinate, manage and conduct research studies with the use of a number of research techniques (such as surveys).
• Study guidelines for projects prepared to outline research procedures to be followed.
• Plan research schedule according to a variety of research methods to be used, availability and quantity of resources, and number of people assigned to participate in the project
• Conduct research making use of libraries, archives, the Internet, museums, art institutes and other sources of information.
• Discuss findings with other project team members to evaluate validity of findings.
• Ensure integrity of information collected, stored, shared or reported
• Ensure all documentation is captured into the Knowledge Repository
• Perform S & D Risk Management coordination and tracking.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager
Job Conditions: May be required to work extended hours. Minimum qualification is 2.2 or equivalent Reporting To: Sales, Analysis& Reporting Manager Required Skills:
• At least 4 years general business experience, including automated function process and data modeling experience
• Business analysis experience in customer care
• Enterprise resources planning preferable
• Telecommunications experience preferably
• Good knowledge in qualitative research (primary research; desk research through databases, internet etc)
